   Eco Energy Solar Power!

Solar Panels are becoming an important power source that people are starting to use. Solar Energy provides the lowest lifecycle cost and has the lowest environmental impact. We just need the knowledge and know how to harness this free energy from the sun. The suns energy is only available during the day when its out , so we need to find ways to store its energy,  so we may use it,  when the sun is not shining, like at night or an overcast day.  Solar Panels are used to power systems for cottages, remote homes, vehicles, recreational vehicles get this also for telecommunication systems. Solar Panels are now being used globally. I would like to share with you the simplest and least expensive way, that an average working man or woman can afford, but first it helps to know and understand how a Solar Panels work. Solar Panels harvest the sunlight and actively convert it to electricity. There are a series of cells that are arranged in a grid like pattern on the surface of the panel. They are made of many different types of materials, such as cystalline cylicone, amorphois cylicone alloy, and gallium arsenide, which is produced exclusively for the use in (photovoltaic cells), but are far too expensive for everyday use. however amorphous silicon technology  is more durable, efficient, and thinner than crystaline counterparts.  Gallium Arsenide is more expensive, but commonly used in space projects and  can produce a very high effeciency cell. Keep this in mind, but it will cost you money. There  is a new technology coming into play regarding Solar Panels, which implant carbon nanotubes or quantum dots into a treated plastic. These panels are not made in a cleanroom which in turn lowers the production cost dramatically. you may want to check this out. As I mentioned earlier, we need to store this energy, and that would be through using a battery storage system. It is important to choose the correct battery storage system and the correct  Solar Panels for your application, whether it be to power a large cottage or a small sleep camp for instance. there are many different types of batteries on the market today but for now,I would like to talk about the (photovoltaic, or PV system.)This is a simple but effective Deep Cycle lead- acid battery and is the most common battery used for the PV system. An important benefit of the PV battery is that the battery is designed for repeated deep discharges, which lets say a regular car battery is not designed to handle deep discharges. The most commonly used in the PV systems are the six volt, 12 volt, and two volt cells. When designing your own battery bank, for your Solar Panels try to size it properly it may last several days with no sun, which is exactly what you want.Sunsei Solar 2-Watt 12-Volt Charger #SE-135  and six volt are less expensive than most 2 volt cells.Prices can vary from $75.00 to $800.00 We also need to consider the life expectancy when considering the cost involved when installing a system.A standard 6 or 12 volt battery can last anywhere from 4 to seven years, where as an industrial 6 volt may last 8 to 10 years and 2 V cells, 10 to 15 years. An important tip you need to know is that to properly store your new system, because, as the temperature drops your batteries capacity will also drop.Another important item to use is called a charge controller on your system, and this will prevent overcharging. Charge Controllers can have an additional feature such as a ( low voltage Disconnect)  this will prevent your battery from being overdischarged. These are two important issues that I believe you should be aware of. Note: overcharging can damage your battery, and we dont want to do that, do we.So as you can see we have a numerous amount of resources on how to store energy, using Solar Panels. a battery system, and a charge   controller.

Eco energy Solar Panels are powered by the Sun.
Another one of Mother Nature's greatest assets that will benefit us and
our children and their children & generations to come.We should harness it.
